Peeing in Paris

Well....... I guess if the current methods of combatting public urination aren't working, desperation starts to sink in.......

In Paris, authorities are taking an unusual approach to combat the scourge of public urination: Make urination even more public.

The city is experimenting with completely exposed, eco-friendly urinals.

From my viewpoint, this is a disgusting solution to a disgusting problem.
