Picture 1/9: Sweating Away

Had my annual physical right at the end of 2018.

Doc asked me for an update on what I was doing to exercise regularly.

My honest answer...... something along the lines of "Doc, 2018 was rough.  I fell off the wagon".


So for 2019, I am recommitting to a minimum of 20-25 minutes of heartrate-raising activity no fewer than 5 times per week.

While it's cold, I'm up on the exercise bike:


Looking forward to the warmth of Spring so I can walk/jog/bike around beautiful Oreana.
