On the grill tonight...... chicken, onions, green peppers, orange peppers.
Skewered.
Kabobbed.
I'm sure we've done this before, but I sure don't remember it if we did.
It's a very delicate endeavor....... ensuring the veggies and (especially) chicken are thoroughly-cooked, while at the same time avoiding kabob disaster by stuff falling off the end.
We did it though, and it was delishishness.
