Something about this wall of shoes out at the Forsyth mall fascinated me:
Look at that variety of colors. The amount of inventory that must be carried (brand x style x color x size) has to be staggering! Of course, so much is done from a central warehouse these days: try it on at the store and get it shipped to the house.
Note: the prices did not fascinate me. My feet aren't going to be prancing around in any of these.
