Enrolled in Great Courses

After nearly 3 weeks of taunting and harassment on both Facebook and Instagram, I have caved:

First month free, $10/month thereafter (fixed), quarterly commitments

I've wanted to take Great Courses for several years -- the ones where you buy CDs or DVDs that get shipped to your house.  However, I like this plan better.

The selection of courses is outstanding.

My first one:  48 half-hour lessons with Professor Gary Gallagher on the American Civil War.

Looking forward to revisiting one of my favorite times in American history.  The calm & steady leadership of Abraham Lincoln was stunning...... and saved our nation.

After I complete this one?  Maybe "The Joy of Mathematics"??
