Random Acts of Flowers’ mission is to bring moments of kindness in the form of a beautiful floral bouquet. Our recipients’ joy is enough to justify our work, but these deliveries have also been clinically proven to have a positive effect on health and well-being.

Seeing this got me thinking....... how easy would it be to visit the florists here in Decatur to inquire what is done with their unsold flowers/plants?!?!?! Would they be willing to save a few back each week for someone to come in, pick them up, and make deliveries to a nursing home?
