I originally hesitated to make a MattChat post about this because of its' vile nature.
But, I was not aware of these facts, and I'm sure others are not as well. So here we go.
Did you know that there is no law on the books criminalizing bestiality in the states of New Mexico, Wyoming and West Virginia?
How in the world can this not be viewed as deviant behavior and animal cruelty? I am baffled.
Maybe there are animal cruelty laws on the books that can be used to prosecute those caught having relations with their goat? However, something this vile needs to be called-out in a specific law.
Side note: West Virginia and Wyoming also have no statewide bans on smoking. So...... having a cigarette after......... no, not gonna go there.
