Take a look at Wyoming, Arkansas, South Carolina and Georgia.
"Does not have hate crime laws"
How in the freakin' world can that be possible? Why for these 4 states has it not been a priority to get something....... ANYTHING....... on the books related to this topic?
Hate sucks. And in this case, so does Wyoming, Arkansas, South Carolina and Georgia.
