Continuing the Civil War theme from the last post........
I learned an interesting factoid last night as I was reading about the notorious Confederate prison, Andersonville.
Only 2 men were tried, convicted, and executed for war crimes committed during the Civil War.
Harry Wirz - commandant of the Andersonville prison
Champ Ferguson - Confederate guerrilla fighter
I guess I figured there were a WHOLLLLLLLE lot more than just 2.
