Just uncovered an update on my favorite TV reality show.......
The 32nd season of the Emmy-winning reality series The Amazing Race has been delayed until later in 2020. CBS had previously planned a special two-hour premiere on Wednesday, May 20.
It is estimated that The Amazing Race 32 filmed between November 10 and December 3, 2018. You read that right! Season 32 has been sitting on a shelf at CBS for more than a year!
Season 33 started production Feb. 22, 2020. CBS halted production after filming three episodes and making stops in England and Scotland. But the world is a much different place than it was when filming began. Who knows what the new normal will be, especially in terms of international travel.
