Regardless of what Honest Abe said/did prior to becoming President, LOOK AT HIS RECORD!
He lead us through the Civil War.
He was commander-in-chief of the side advocating for the elimination of human property/servitude.
He issued the Emancipation Declaration.
What more is needed to prove the guy was legitimately anti-slavery?
