Cell Phone Booth

Apparently, these have been around for quite some time.  I've been a ton of places (including a bunch of libraries) and have not laid eyes on one.

CELL ZONE

A sound-proof booth designed for an individual to take a cell call in privacy.

Anyone seen one of these in Central Illinois?  If so, where?
