Based on what I'm seeing online, these are the 2 choices for holiday stamps in 2021:
While the otter ones are cute, I'm not sure what those have to do with Christmas. The otters need to be wearing elf hats or kissing under mistletoe or something like that.
I do like the Santa ones, though -- especially the one of his feet.
