More "free" stuff from our government.
I hate the use of the word "free" in these. Nothing the government buys is free. Nothing! All their $$ comes from us. You and me!
"Taxpayer-funded masks".
"Taxpayer-funded test kits".
(and......"Taxpayer-funded relief payments").
And knowing our government's history, they are probably paying more for each mask and kit than the prices Wal-Mart's purchasing department secured.
After all, the government has limitless money. <<snark>>
