Roughly 38% of the U.S. population meets the criteria to donate blood.
But only around 3-4% actually do.
Donating blood is an easy way to give back, to serve others, to love.

p.s. In 2022, I have switched from being a blood donor to a platelets donor. Biggest difference: the needle is in for 70-80 minutes rather than 15. However, it is so worth it, knowing that a trauma or cancer patient is being helped.
