It sucks.

The Tracker's map displays icons representing active conflicts; you can then click on an icon to find out information and current news about that conflict.
While the info is great, it is depressing to think each icon represents loss of life. In many cases, hundreds/thousands of lives.
Unneeded suffering & death.
The evil in this world causes so much darkness. We must always remember to do our part to spread/share light.
