New IL Laws for 23

I meant to post this months ago....... but completely forgot to do it.

There are 180+ new laws taking effect in Illinois in 2023.

A few of them make complete sense. Many of the others are governmental overreach or just plain malarkey.

One of the most hilarious ones:

Allows commercial fisherman to take up more space in a stream who take certain steps in order to catch more carp.

We seriously needed to go through all the processes of getting an idea into a bill into a law for THAT?

Yeesh.
