We attended a great event out at Millikin University tonight.

STEP AFRIKA

A group of extremely talented folks (early 20's) who put on a fantastic performance.

All sorts of rhythmic dancing, stepping, drumming, and some gymnastic skills thrown in too.

The gum boot dance was probably my favorite of the night.  I had no idea that you could slap gum boots and end-up with the noise/rhythm they were producing.

Yet another great cultural event brought to the stage of Kirkland Fine Arts Center.

ALRIGHT!  OK!
