Sears Cat Returns

So...... Sears is teetering on the verge of bankruptcy.

But...... before they go (???)...... they're making an investment (good or bad?) in doing this:

Sears just announced it's bringing back its iconic holiday catalog, something the department store chain hasn't done since 2011.

The first Sears Wish Book was known as the Sears Christmas Book catalog when it was rolled out in 1933, right in the midst of the Great Depression. In it, shoppers would flip through to find battery-powered cars, Mickey Mouse toys, fruitcakes and even live canaries.

Do you remember the glory days of the Wish Book?

More details on the catalog's return:

Smart move?
Will the catalog's return change Sears' future outlook?

We'll see in January.

Grace & Peace & Love to you all -

Matt
