The Office Top 10 Episodes

I don't think that I can say I've watched 100% of the episodes of "The Office" that ran on NBC from 2005-2013.

But, I can safely say I'm at 80-85%+.

That said, I was very interested when I saw this list from Richard Roeper at the Chicago Sun-Times:

That’s what we said: The 10 greatest episodes of ‘The Office’

“The Office” was so consistently strong over the course of its 201-episode run, you could ask a half-dozen hardcore fans to list their 10 favorites and there might very little duplication. Perhaps your list would include only shows from the Michael Scott era — or maybe you’re a big fan of Deangelo Vickers’ short-lived but legendary run, or the insane enigma that was Robert California, and let’s not forget about Jo Bennett and her two Harlequin Great Danes the size of small ponies.

What made Roeper's list?

10. “Search Committee”— Season 7, Episodes 25-26
9. “The Injury” — Season 2, Episode 12
8. “Beach Games” – Season 3, Episode 22
7. “Dinner Party” — Season 4, Episode 13
6. “Casino Night” — Season 2, Episode 22
5. “The Job”— Season 3, Episodes 24-25
4. “The Deposition” — Season 4, Episode 12
3. “Golden Ticket” — Season 5, Episode 19
2. “The Dundies” — Season 2, Episode 1
1. “A.A.R.M.” — Season 9, Episode 22

Nothing from Season 1.  Agree, it was a snoozer.

Only 2 from seasons 7-9.  Agree, the show really hit its' peak in season 5 and beginning of 6.

What do I see missing from the list?

"Garden Party" (season 8) is hilarious.  And pretty much every one of the Halloween and Christmas episodes is a classic.

I'd also have "Drug Testing" (season 2) in my top 5 -- that's the one where Dwight finds Michael's marijuana joint.

The single-funniest moment from any episode:  Dwight helps "deliver" Michael's slippery watermelon baby.
