CART NARCS
In short, the Narcs patrol parking lots for folks too lazy to return shopping carts to the cart corral.
Some of their interactions get absolutely hilarious -- dealing with people who basically have no concern about putting their cart in a handicap spot or not caring if a windblown cart damages someone else's car.
The fits that are thrown are crazy nuts. All over a cart.
It's a really sad picture of the selfishness of the American society.
JUST RETURN THE FREAKIN' CART!!
