Billionaire Bunker

I'd like to tour this island.
Or spend a day as a groundskeeper on it.

Just looking at this Google Maps view, you can see there's something special about the place.

Yup.

The Indian Creek Village, which is situated on a man-made barrier island along Biscayne Bay, is a municipality located in the Southeastern tip of the Florida peninsula, on the northeastern part of Miami-Dade County with a total land area of approximately 0.46 square miles (294 acres).  The privately-owned, exclusive residential enclave which includes 41 platted waterfront residential home sites and the ultra-exclusive private membership Indian Creek Country Club.

The island is known as "Billionaire Bunker".

And there's a gated bridge to get over to it.

Ooooooo la la!

The island of Indian Creek was said to have been created in the 1900s due to excavation of drainage for Biscayne Bay and was an uninhabited and underdeveloped mangrove forest until 1928, when the country club and housing lots were established after a group of Midwestern businessmen bought the island as a real estate venture.
