The crazy winds this morning took a big chunk out of our tree:

Fortunately, there was no damage to anything (except the tree... duh, Matt).

I knew it was bound to happen at some point.  Bradford pear trees are just plain terrible at surviving thru wind storms.  So soft and so dense.

Now to find me a lumberjack.....
